※바다바람이 생각보다 차가우니, 바람막이 등 따뜻한 복장으로 참가하시기 바랍니다.
※오키나와 겨울바다는 파도가 높은 편이니, 출항 30분전에 멀미약 복용을 추천해 드립니다.
※쌍안경을 지참하시면 좀 더 가깝게 고래를 관찰 할 수 있습니다.
※아이를 동반하는 분은 과자나 장난감을 준비하시는게 좋습니다.
(주의 : 만 3세 이하의 유아를 동반하는 경우, 반드시 아기띠를 지참해주세요. 아이를 안거나 업은 상태에서 보호자의 양손이 자유로워야 합니다! 해상 상황이 나빠서 배가 많이 흔들릴 우려가 있는 경우, 고객 센터에서 일정 재조정을 위한 연락이 갈 수 있습니다.)

Marine sports proceed regardless of rain, but it depends on the sea conditions such as waves. Most marine sports are conducted in the water, so if there are no problems with sea conditions, they will proceed even if it rains.
However, if high waves make departure impossible, the activity cannot proceed, regardless of how good the weather is.In the event of sudden weather changes, the company may decide to stop the activity on the day or just before it starts, and in such cases, a 100% refund will be provided.
No refund, and you may have to pay the remaining amount (local payment amount). All decisions regarding whether the activity will proceed are made considering the overall safety, including the weather forecast, wave conditions, etc., by the diving company.If you cancel for personal reasons (body condition, lateness, etc.) or based on personal judgment before the diving company makes a decision, no refund will be given. Also, on the day of the activity, you may have to pay not only the deposit but the entire amount (100%).
You can participate even if you can't swim. Since it is conducted safely under the supervision of safety personnel while wearing a life jacket or wetsuit, anyone can enjoy it even if they can't swim.The age range for snorkeling varies depending on the company's insurance standards, so please check before making a reservation.
It is possible for snorkeling, but diving cannot be done on the same day.
The details such as time and location of each product are provided, so please refer to them and judge whether it is feasible to proceed.Also, due to local circumstances, the schedule may change during the activity, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from this.If you are diving instead of snorkeling, it is recommended not to fly within 18 hours of diving, so diving cannot be done on the same day.
Snorkeling or diving is available year-round.
In Okinawa's winter, it is possible to proceed by wearing a wetsuit.However, when you come out of the water, you may feel cold due to the wind, so we recommend preparing windbreakers like rash guards or towels in advance.
We recommend using disposable contact lenses, and glasses are not allowed.
Glasses cannot be worn because a mask must be worn.Prescription masks are available, but they may not be a perfect fit, so your vision may not be clear.Contact lenses may come off if water enters the mask, so the best option is to wear disposable contact lenses.
It is possible to change the return time.
Please strictly adhere to the departure time from Minna Island!The boat always departs on time, so arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to prepare in time.
If the boat is not full, you can ask the staff on-site to change the return time on the spot, and you can return at your desired time.
The time to reach the Blue Cave is about 5-10 minutes.
You will arrive soon after boarding, so please remain seated in the boat and hold on to the handrail until arrival. When getting off the boat, follow the instructions of the staff and be careful not to slip.
